The University of Pittsburgh launches tuition-free initiative for Pennsylvania residents at regional campuses

The University of Pittsburgh today announced the launch of The Pitt Regional Campus Tuition Pledge, tuition-free program beginning fall 2026 for eligible Pennsylvania residents at its Bradford, Greensburg and Johnstown campuses, as well as the Titusville nursing program. New and current students whose household Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) is $75,000 or less will pay zero in tuition — Pitt covers whatever tuition remains after all federal, state and institutional aid has been applied.

51 Commencement set for Saturday, May 2

More than 200 graduates will participate in two commencement ceremonies planned by the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg for Saturday, May 2, in the Chambers Hall Gymnasium. Bachelor of Science degrees will be presented at the 10 a.m. ceremony. Bachelor of Arts degrees and select Bachelor of Science degrees will be presented at the 1 p.m. ceremony. Those unable to attend in person can view the of both ceremonies.

The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg will host a blood drive with Vitalent on Wednesday, Jan. 28, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Smith Hall Lounge.

The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg will host its inaugural Digital Studies Symposium on Wednesday, Jan. 21. The program, which runs from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall 118, will feature previews of the projects developed by students and faculty and a keynote address by Dan Sinykin, the Winship Distinguished Research Professor and Director of Graduate Studies at Emory University.
