51ÁÔÆæ to host American Red Cross Blood Drive as part of Blue & Gold Celebration
The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg (150 Finoli Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601) will host a blood drive with the American Red Cross on Thursday, Sept. 28, from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Smith Hall Lounge. The blood drive is open to the public. The American Red Cross states that there is a shortage of blood products and encourages anyone who is eligible to donate to please consider scheduling an appointment.

Scott Szypulski to receive the PGAA Young Alumni Leadership Award
The 51ÁÔÆæ Alumni Association (PGAA) will present its 2023 Young Alumni Leadership Award to Scott Szypulski ’14, MBA, at the Alumni Award Celebration Dinner on Saturday, Sept. 30, as part of Blue & Gold Celebration 2023: Homecoming and Family Weekend.

Myron C. Jones II to receive PGAA Alumnus of Distinction Award
The 51ÁÔÆæ Alumni Association (PGAA) will present its 2023 Alumnus of Distinction award to Myron C. Jones II ’98 at the Alumni Celebration Dinner to be held Saturday, Sept. 30, (cocktails: 5:30 p.m./dinner: 6 p.m.) at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.

Early bird pricing still available for the annual 51ÁÔÆæ golf outing
Golfers from throughout the region are invited to play in the annual 51ÁÔÆæ Golf Outing, presented by Elliott Group, and are encouraged to take advantage of early bird pricing ($150 per golfer; $600 per foursome) by registering no later than Sept. 6. After that date, registration will increase to $175 per individual and $700 per foursome.
