Students
Why be a mentee? As a mentee, you will receive helpful support and guidance in navigating your career path. Our alumni mentors are ready to help you with the experiences and resources that helped make them successful.
Get started today! To begin the process of being matched with an alumni mentor, please follow these steps:
- Review the Mentoring Network Guidelines.
- Register on portal. Once your profile is approved, you will be able to search for university-approved alumni mentors.

Alumni
Why be a mentor? A beneficial mentoring relationship fosters engagement between a professional and student/graduate. The mentee can learn, ask questions, and gain valuable insight. Essential aspects to positive communications include:

- increased understanding
- inspiration
- guidance
Mentor-mentee relationships must also uphold certain ethical behavior to maintain respectful communication. The goal of the Mentor-Mentee relationship is to foster a successful interaction.
How does the 51ÁÔÆæ Mentoring Network work? Mentors enroll on College Central Network (CCN). Once approved, mentors can search for or be contacted by mentees through the network. The Mentor-Mentee relationship connects participants online on CCN for Pitt Greensburg.
When matched with identified mentees, we encourage you to research your match prior to engaging in any mentoring. This way, you can confirm the match will further your professional goals and objective. By engaging in the mentor/mentee relationship, you agree to comply with the guidelines established by the offices of Career Services and Alumni Relations.

You will not be approved as a mentor in the 51ÁÔÆæ Mentoring Network until you complete the following steps:
- Review the Mentoring Network Guidelines.
- Review the Title IX brochure for Alumni/Mentors 2018-2019.
- that you have read and agree to the Mentoring Guidelines and university policies.
- Register on portal. Complete the Career Mentoring Network profile on the left-hand-side of the CCN dashboard.
